Thanks Sonia for the recipe! Instead of little pancakes, I opted for
one jumbo sized one. We ate the entire thing in one sitting.
As adapted from Sonia Lee's Korean Home Cooking:
Kimchi pancakes
1 cup kimchi with juices, chopped
1 egg
1/4 small yellow onion optional, diced
1/2 cup of flour
1/3 cup of water
Mix all the ingredients, heat up pan on medium with sesame oil, fry
like a pancake!

Pork burger con chorizo
Recipe adapted from a couple Food Network or other random sites: ground pork + chopped hard cured chorizo + fresh thyme and oregano + salt and pepper. Mmmm, good and good for you.

Franken-patio-tomato
Yes, our patio tomato is held together by string and a large dead branch. Wind is very strong on fourth story deck...
